As Director of Special Events & Catering, Brynsley brought a rare combination of creativity, precision, and leadership to every project. In October 2025, she became the owner of Global Cuisine Events, continuing the company’s legacy while shaping its next chapter with her signature vision and dedication

Gary Arabia
FOUNDER
Chef Gary Arabia, founder of Global Cuisine by Gary Arabia (est. 2000), built the company into a leader in high-end Hollywood catering and event production. Known for his innovative approach to blending global flavors and techniques, he helped shape the brand’s signature style and creative vision.
Gary has since stepped away from the company, but his influence and legacy continue to inspire the next chapter of Global Cuisine.
